V2.0 released on the TR1000 for MSS

Available for your immediate download is the V2.0 software on the TR1000 for Microsoft Speech Server.  This is a major update of our product.  If you are using a Brooktrout product for Speech Server than I suggest that you upgrade to this latest release.

The software is at ftp://ftp.brooktrout.com/pub/upload/TR1000MSS20.zip

A key enhancement is the programmable Call Progress Analysis which is great for detecting who or what is answering a call for outbound dialing applications.  More information on the release can be found at

This V2.0 release on the TR1000 for MSS has been certified with MSS 2004 R2.  We have also verified it works with the MSS 2007 Beta.  This way you can deploy production applications today on MSS 2004 R2.  If you upgrade to OCS 2007 Speech Services the telephony hardware from Cantata will continue to work fine.

Was your error with the ftp transfer or unzipping the download.  I just checked ftp://ftp.brooktrout.com/pub/upload/TR1000MSS20.zip from home and it appears to be fine.

You might want to increase you timeout value if you are ftping the file from Europe.
